  • Brought in 2012 GMC Terrain for factory recall regarding Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Sales Rep, Bill Talley, and Service Advisor, Carolyn Coker, were both great to work with and service was completed promptly. However, when I picked the vehicle up, the low tire pressure warning light was on and all 4 tire pressures were low. It seems to me that if you are servicing the Tire Pressure Monitoring System, part of the job would be to check the operation of the system by checking the tire pressures and correcting the tire pressures, if necessary.
