Everything’s was great

I went on a Saturday. I got there at 8, sat for about 5 minutes, talked to the service advisor for a few minutes, and was out by 9:15 after having my oil changed and tires rotated. Rob is an excellent service advisor. He isn't pushy at all. He gives you your options and any necessary options/info and lets you make your decision in peace. I'll definitely be back.

The advisor was very attentive and helpful and got me in and out of there very quickly. I was surprised to see that the truck was not washed as part of the service and that the dealership is surcharging for the use of credit cards. That's something I expect from a small business, not a car dealership.

Everything was great!

December 19, 2024 I dropped my truck off at the dealership. January 2025 they finally contact me that they found issue one and I need a new transmission. But because they charge too much warranty found a different one and paid for it instead. On to issue two, they actually find the issue. My struts are bad and causing damage to the strut mount. But because they are planning to dismantle the strut and only replace the internal components which is a shock, the replacement is not covered. Warranty tells me it is but the dealership tells me it is not. The dealership also says that it's just a noise and not technically bad. So they want to charge me $1500. I told them I'll pick up my truck since they've had it long enough and not willing to handle it and I'm not paying them the ridiculous amount. But I requested copies of all the paperwork not just what they normally give me which is the part they put in the system. Told them warranty told me to obtain it. Tell me why the paperwork says the "shock" is locked causing damage to the strut mount. So not just noise, actually not functioning. So I go out to get my vehicle and go home, I'll take it elsewhere later. Why is my license plate bent in half? That's not how I brought it to them. There's white stuff all over the steering wheel and seat. The truck now needs an alignment that it did not need when I took it in. And.....it's completely out of gas. While they had it, they put 88 miles on it which wouldn't have used that much gas but they literally used all the gas and would have kept driving it till it died which is bad for the fuel pump. Only reason I keep going there is because I pay nothing for all warrantied repairs. But this place is horrendous with their customer service and they do not take care of their customers vehicles. They just keep them for months and try to find ways to get money from you. Well it's not going to work with me. And this is how it is, every single time I bring my vehicle in. It's there so long they have to create a new RO# just for work not to get done and the vehicle to come back in worse condition.

If there are delays in service or repairs. Communicate those delays and make sure the customer is in the loop on why there are delays and how long those delays will be.

My wife and I had a great experience. Sales team was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to see. Took his time showing us all the different versions and answering questions. Finance dept was friendly and attentive to what I wanted to have happen. Overall had a great experience, never felt pressured, and plan on buying with them in the future. Thank you for the positive experience.

In 3 times since November. No communication 2nd visit did not repair my vehicle. 2nd and 3rd visit took over 5-6 weeks. 3rd visit NO communication. I had to physically go to the dealership to get up dates. When I text to ask for an update the response was “nope” I will check. Then didn’t respond after that.

The service guys were great but the problem with the software or connectivity to my phone and contacts was not resolved. My '17 model functioned almost flawlessly with those connections but this one has been a fail. I haven't had time to evaluate whether it's any better since spending the afternoon there, but it's not performing up to expectations based on experience with my '17 model.

I can't say it enough, but Rob is fantastic! I drive past multiple dealerships to come and drop off my car at this location. He is always going above and beyond in customer service all while maintaining a super friendly and positive attitude. You get the feeling that he wants you to not only love the product, but also the experience and how you're taken care of. Also the communication and response times are outstanding. Even though you guys weren't able to help this time (not your fault, oddities with GM EVs) my wife and I will be sure to bring our other GM vehicle back whenever we have an issue or need service.

Excelente servicio

M. Joyner, my service advisor, is a individual. His vast knowledge ensures that my GMC Denali continues to perform admirably, and he conducts himself with honesty and integrity.

I was there for a LONG 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. When my keys were given to me I could not find my car and had to go back inside to have someone go pull it around from the back of the building. Then the gentleman that pulled it around advised me my tire was bad and was not safe(had no idea as tires were rotated and it must have been on passenger side before), my advisor did not mention anything to me about my tires. Then I noticed the sticker wasn't changed so I don't know when my next oil change is. The fact that there was clearly a safety concern with my tire and it was not brought to my attention by my "advisor" is very concerning. What else is going on with my car that I should be aware of? I have lost trust in Classic Buick and will be taking my business to Gateway Buick going forward.

I arrived an hour early for my service appointment but, they got me right in anyway. Price for my service was about $80 less than another dealership I checked. Plus, my service advisor, Christian, kept me informed about status of my service and what additional services might be needed. He did not try to sell me the extras……he just gave me the information I needed to make good decision.

I had a great experience. Service Manager Justin Wallace assisted me getting an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and pick-up a loaner. David Ramos was the service advisor who assisted me. He really took care of me and kept me informed of the services concerning the Denali truck diagnostic, parts order and when repair was competed via text and phone calls. He provided exceptional customer service.

Overall, a great experience. All my accommodations were met. The only complaint I have is that my vehicle had to go into the shop twice for the same issue. I have extended coverage with a $100 deductible. I just didn't understand the reason why I had to pay twice. Especially for the same problem.

I've brought my 2017 suburban in multiple times for service. This time is was for a failed ignition coll and a dead TPS and my vehicle is still under 100k miles. The service bill was over $1000 and since my car was in the shop for a week and a loaner wasn't available, I had to rent a car which was an additional $250. When I picked up my car, I was extremely disappointed to see that if I used a credit card(which most people need to do for unexpected expenses), that I would be charged a 3% fee for processing my payment. So instead of giving a customer the option of using a credit card to absorb an expensive repair that will also have interest, your dealership wants to push the processing fee off to your customers and tack an additional amount to my bill. The labor charges at the dealership are already considerably higher than other repair shops and now I'm supposed to pay a surcharge based on how I choose to pay?

I’m very satisfied with service on my vehicle but as I said before your loaner vehicle department is terrible. First time you had my vehicle two weeks and no loaner cars available. Second time I only had to leave it one night which was great. If anyone ask me about service at your dealership I will highly recommend it but I will tell them loaner cara available is terrible.

Our car was reluctant to start one morning; we called the next day and we’re told to bring it in. Rob and his team called within two hours saying it was ready ! As always we are “blown away “ by the customer service and quality of work from these guys! Wouldn’t consider anyone else when it comes to car maintenance and repairs.

Oil Change was fast and I was out in less than a hour. Service Rep Eric Raucher was great.

Scheduled to have service worked done ! Some of the issues were still not addressed, it is a brand new vehicle and the brakes were still squeaky. Also yhe vehicle should of been vacuumed and wash as a courtesy but was not.

Classic did a wonderful job at taking care of us as a customer. They have our future business.

Called the dealer to get an oil change and to check my brakes cause the front showed about 35% life and the rear had 85/90%. They had it for 2 and half days and nothing was done to it until what I felt like I reminded the service advisor about the oil change. My 2024 Acadia only has 11,000 miles that why I turned it in to get my brakes checked. Advisor did mention it will be about 2-3 days but what it seemed like it would have been 3-4 days. Also the invoice says something completely different from what I told the service advisor.

I brought my truck in because a sensor light indicating my tire service system needs repair! I was then told others sensors needs repair and that if it gets repaired then all others sensors will be fixed! I did that and now my sensor is warning me that I need my tire service sensor repaired!! The exact same thing I had taken my truck in for repairs!!

1st time oil change. Greeted kindly and waited decent amount time. once told vehicle was ready and opened door there was oil on door leather (white) and oil on the light gray carpet not just a little bit. disappointed it was returned very different then given. could have gotten better service at a quick lube.

I was concerned that it could take 7-10 business days to fix my car and my advisor, MJ, got my car looked at and fixed with 1 day, which was a blessing because I only have 1 car and no money for rental if it would have taken 7-10 business days.

Took wife's car to get oil change and tires rotated. Also, asked them to look at the key fob. It doesn't work all the time . Wife is afraid to drive car. Was told it is working correctly. Fob still doesn't work. Will not unlock car, remote start works sometimes. Caden said may have to reset fob. How much is that going to cost? .

I already told you I had the last 2 oil changes that took 4hrs. This last time also had a nail in the side of my tire so l needed a new tire and it took them one hr . To get a new tire and this oil change took over 4hrs.

I brought my 2009 Buick Enclave with 61340 original miles in because the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Thought it needed freon. After an evaluation, I was informed that there was more to the problem. So after a "tech" got involved, it was determined I had leaks in the rear seat evaporator unit ($599,00). There were several other problems that followed (seals on this and seals on that...maybe a switch or a valve or so) It ended up costing over $2100.00 or so. But then I drove it home. At first it blew really cold air for about maybe 15 to 20 miles...then the cold air was no more.. the switch for air conditioning on the dash was going off and on all by itself and it was then that I knew it was not fixed (for $2100.00). I took it back to Classic to hopefully find that something small was wrong somewhere. Nope. After more "tech" input, the culprit was the compressor and some other things. Compressor was over $900.00).There were some other charges for other items.. and all and all a bill for $1935.00) For a vehicle that would only bring around (at most) $6500 to $7500, a $4000.00 bill is tough to swallow. Why do I keep it? It has sentimental value and up until this mess, a great running ..still great looking SUV' I guess you could say "I love it". After 16 years... it's almost family. Sounds silly, but true. Plus no CAR PAYMENTS. It has been well taken care of and could last many more years, if it gets the proper care. That's it. Hope i don't have another problem like that again. I'm not sure that I would use Classic again. Is it their fault for not knowing for a WEEK what was wrong? Maybe or maybe not.

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. Apparently a sensor was replaced which was causing the CEL to come on. The CEL came back on couple days later.

Great experience all around! Chris Sinku and Jazmin Galicia provided quick accurate responses to my many questions to be sure I was fully informed on all aspects of the purchase. Chris provided valuable guidance on what size truck was needed to safely tow a large RV I was buying. He worked hard to provide the trade-in allowance and final pricing that met my budget. A critical question that had to be answered before I could make the purchase decision was, will the truck actually fit in my garage. If it wouldn't fit, I couldn't purchase it. To help me make that determination, Jazmin made a special trip to my house with the truck and guided ME in parking it in the garage. Success, it fit! I purchased the truck and Jazmin delivered it to my house, after which, she went through all of the technology and other features of the truck - interior and exterior. She wanted to be certain that I was happy with the purchase and knew how to get the best experience with the truck. Jazmin also offered to provide ongoing support needed after the purchase. I think that 3 days is too long to figure out what's going on with a vehicle. 3 days to fix okay. If you're going a skeleton crew on a Saturday, Where they even look at vehicle that comes in at noon. Tell customer couldn't look at vehicle until 3 days.That's not help.

the staff was very kind and helpful. But we live in a technological world that has pros and cons. One of the cons is that we have impersonal communication through text too often and the human feel gets lost or weakened. I tried to contact a service rep many times via phone. I don't remember getting any call backs, just text messages. Texts are fine for quick messaging on the go. But for business or more important communication, pick up the phone. Also, I was initially told the work that needed to be done would take less than 7 days. It took almost a month. Overpromised, under delivered. Lastly, I'm not sure if programming from the recall is to blame, but it seems like my vehicle's technology might be off. Connecting to android auto doesn't seem as smooth and the speed limit mph doesn't show up. Not a big deal, but it is what it is.

Dropped my truck off on a Friday, for 6.2 recall, service engineer light and shift to park warning. My service representative said it would take a week. He put me on a loaner car list 3 days after I dropped off my vehicle. I didn’t hear any status updates until I contacted him on the following Thursday. Representative tells me the truck is still waiting to be diagnosed by the technician. That it would not be ready the next day. Again the second week comes and no communication about vehicle status until I reached out. Received my truck on Friday. All work was completed and I am satisfied.
