I have come to the point of expecting wonderful results from the team at Classic and I am NEVER disappointed!

Great as always. However, had coolant flush and within 24 hours had the low coolant light come on and had to add a gallon of coolant. For the money I paid for service should not had this happen.

This is my fourth buying a new car from a different dealer in my entire life I never have an excellent experience like the one I had with the seller Marissa , she went overboard on a hot day to fulfill my desire option of a vehicle and the honesty and integrity of the finance guy which I did not recall his name to find me a better interest rate to finance my vehicle Thank you guys a million really form my heart. If you wanna buy a car check with those guys first.

I've brought my 2017 suburban in multiple times for service. This time is was for a failed ignition coll and a dead TPS and my vehicle is still under 100k miles. The service bill was over $1000 and since my car was in the shop for a week and a loaner wasn't available, I had to rent a car which was an additional $250. When I picked up my car, I was extremely disappointed to see that if I used a credit card(which most people need to do for unexpected expenses), that I would be charged a 3% fee for processing my payment. So instead of giving a customer the option of using a credit card to absorb an expensive repair that will also have interest, your dealership wants to push the processing fee off to your customers and tack an additional amount to my bill. The labor charges at the dealership are already considerably higher than other repair shops and now I'm supposed to pay a surcharge based on how I choose to pay?

I went in told them what I wanted and received Exactly what I wanted unlike the dealership down the road that I walked out of because they were try to sale me something else. Nothing but kudos to my Mario and other people who talked to us.

Our car was reluctant to start one morning; we called the next day and we’re told to bring it in. Rob and his team called within two hours saying it was ready ! As always we are “blown away “ by the customer service and quality of work from these guys! Wouldn’t consider anyone else when it comes to car maintenance and repairs.

Scheduled to have service worked done ! Some of the issues were still not addressed, it is a brand new vehicle and the brakes were still squeaky. Also yhe vehicle should of been vacuumed and wash as a courtesy but was not.

I brought my truck in because a sensor light indicating my tire service system needs repair! I was then told others sensors needs repair and that if it gets repaired then all others sensors will be fixed! I did that and now my sensor is warning me that I need my tire service sensor repaired!! The exact same thing I had taken my truck in for repairs!!

I think that 3 days is too long to figure out what's going on with a vehicle. 3 days to fix okay. If you're going a skeleton crew on a Saturday, Where they even look at vehicle that comes in at noon. Tell customer couldn't look at vehicle until 3 days.That's not help.

Great experience all around! Chris Sinku and Jazmin Galicia provided quick accurate responses to my many questions to be sure I was fully informed on all aspects of the purchase. Chris provided valuable guidance on what size truck was needed to safely tow a large RV I was buying. He worked hard to provide the trade-in allowance and final pricing that met my budget. A critical question that had to be answered before I could make the purchase decision was, will the truck actually fit in my garage. If it wouldn't fit, I couldn't purchase it. To help me make that determination, Jazmin made a special trip to my house with the truck and guided ME in parking it in the garage. Success, it fit! I purchased the truck and Jazmin delivered it to my house, after which, she went through all of the technology and other features of the truck - interior and exterior. She wanted to be certain that I was happy with the purchase and knew how to get the best experience with the truck. Jazmin also offered to provide ongoing support needed after the purchase. I already told you I had the last 2 oil changes that took 4hrs. This last time also had a nail in the side of my tire so l needed a new tire and it took them one hr . To get a new tire and this oil change took over 4hrs.

Dave was very helpful and informative when installing my bed cover. He even checked and took care of a recent recall on my truck. Very nice guy!

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. Apparently a sensor was replaced which was causing the CEL to come on. The CEL came back on couple days later.

I was concerned that it could take 7-10 business days to fix my car and my advisor, MJ, got my car looked at and fixed with 1 day, which was a blessing because I only have 1 car and no money for rental if it would have taken 7-10 business days.

I was in and out in 2 hr , pick my car, test drove it and finance paper wok done. I drove off the lot in a 2025 New Buick Envista. I'm so happy.

Start to finish was such a nice and easy process and Joe was literally the best.

Called the dealer to get an oil change and to check my brakes cause the front showed about 35% life and the rear had 85/90%. They had it for 2 and half days and nothing was done to it until what I felt like I reminded the service advisor about the oil change. My 2024 Acadia only has 11,000 miles that why I turned it in to get my brakes checked. Advisor did mention it will be about 2-3 days but what it seemed like it would have been 3-4 days. Also the invoice says something completely different from what I told the service advisor.

I brought my 2009 Buick Enclave with 61340 original miles in because the air conditioner was blowing warm air. Thought it needed freon. After an evaluation, I was informed that there was more to the problem. So after a "tech" got involved, it was determined I had leaks in the rear seat evaporator unit ($599,00). There were several other problems that followed (seals on this and seals on that...maybe a switch or a valve or so) It ended up costing over $2100.00 or so. But then I drove it home. At first it blew really cold air for about maybe 15 to 20 miles...then the cold air was no more.. the switch for air conditioning on the dash was going off and on all by itself and it was then that I knew it was not fixed (for $2100.00). I took it back to Classic to hopefully find that something small was wrong somewhere. Nope. After more "tech" input, the culprit was the compressor and some other things. Compressor was over $900.00).There were some other charges for other items.. and all and all a bill for $1935.00) For a vehicle that would only bring around (at most) $6500 to $7500, a $4000.00 bill is tough to swallow. Why do I keep it? It has sentimental value and up until this mess, a great running ..still great looking SUV' I guess you could say "I love it". After 16 years... it's almost family. Sounds silly, but true. Plus no CAR PAYMENTS. It has been well taken care of and could last many more years, if it gets the proper care. That's it. Hope i don't have another problem like that again. I'm not sure that I would use Classic again. Is it their fault for not knowing for a WEEK what was wrong? Maybe or maybe not.

Took wife's car to get oil change and tires rotated. Also, asked them to look at the key fob. It doesn't work all the time . Wife is afraid to drive car. Was told it is working correctly. Fob still doesn't work. Will not unlock car, remote start works sometimes. Caden said may have to reset fob. How much is that going to cost? .

Caden was very welcoming and friendly and got right to it. He gave me realistic expectations of the time required, which you guys beat. He called and kept me informed along the way. He priced it out and did just what I wanted done. He told.me.about the weak battery causing some issues. When i got it home i had the battery replaced and it resolved all thise issues. I will recommend Classic Buick. Iwas disappointed that none of my concerns were covered by warranty.

My experience was awesome. It started with a call from my service representative Rob let me know that he noticed a maintenance issue on my GMC app. And was able to schedule an appointment right away. He got me in first thing Monday morning. Took care of my issue. Perform the usual maintenance oil, change filter filters and then noticed that two of my tires were damaged and could be a safety issue towing thank God I had taken the #Warranty package that Classic GMC offered. They replaced both those tires and no cost to me a savings of $800. That’s why I choose Classic GMC. This is my second truck with them.

Dropped my truck off on a Friday, for 6.2 recall, service engineer light and shift to park warning. My service representative said it would take a week. He put me on a loaner car list 3 days after I dropped off my vehicle. I didn’t hear any status updates until I contacted him on the following Thursday. Representative tells me the truck is still waiting to be diagnosed by the technician. That it would not be ready the next day. Again the second week comes and no communication about vehicle status until I reached out. Received my truck on Friday. All work was completed and I am satisfied.

Came for an oil change and left with a check engine light on which was not on before the service. Now my vehicle is jerking and making a noise.

the staff was very kind and helpful. But we live in a technological world that has pros and cons. One of the cons is that we have impersonal communication through text too often and the human feel gets lost or weakened. I tried to contact a service rep many times via phone. I don't remember getting any call backs, just text messages. Texts are fine for quick messaging on the go. But for business or more important communication, pick up the phone. Also, I was initially told the work that needed to be done would take less than 7 days. It took almost a month. Overpromised, under delivered. Lastly, I'm not sure if programming from the recall is to blame, but it seems like my vehicle's technology might be off. Connecting to android auto doesn't seem as smooth and the speed limit mph doesn't show up. Not a big deal, but it is what it is.

At first not so good but after I left a poor rating the team stepped in to make things right and to help me. The reason for my initial visit was taken care of after my second visit. I truly appreciate the team for helping me. I will say this, communication is very important when dealing with a customer. I am female and don’t know much about cars. Woman don’t like going to dealerships or auto shops in fear that we will be taken advantage of. So if communication is given from the start things will go smooth and trust will be made. I wish that would have been done on my first visit but Justin stepped in and made things right and went over and beyond to make sure I could return a car to my daughter to finish her HS school year.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Erick answered all of my questions and then showed me where the waiting room was. While waiting, he checked on me to see if I needed anything. And was very helpful when they were done.

Rob was great and answered all of my questions. I’m still a little upset that the AC vents do not close from defrost the face.

Riss Martinez was our sales person. She was amazing and the main reason we purchased the Acadia from Classic GMC. I have dealt with many dealerships and it is usually a stressful experience. Service was exceptional and very timely. Erick was my advisor and was very professional and attentive. He explained everything that was needed besides the routine oil change. He promised I would be out by a certain time and that promise was kept.

Disappointed my truck was just washed the morning of my oil change and the dealership ran my windshield washer fluid and didn’t clean my windshield, also was told I need new tires and was considering purchasing new tires but was charged $25 due to a nail in a tire, Discount Tire charges $0 to remove nails and also was told I didn’t need new tires at this point!

Had new set of tires installed + software update. All went just fine and according to plan.

The service advisor didn’t provide his name. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tires were not inflated to the proper levels, did not receive a car wash. These are things expected when getting an oil change and tire rotation.

Excellent attention to detail, and service as I expected from GMC. I've only driven 3 GMC's since my first one in 1977. 4WD Sierra, 4 speed, lockout hubs, short bed 3/4 ton chassis (Heavy Half), 350ci V8 engine, regular gas. I literally beat it to death living and working in rural Rocky Mountain states. (Cracked frame hauling firewood, caught in flash flood, pulling 5th wheel trailer on ancient mine rodes, etc.) Bought my 2nd one, 2003 Sierra 2WD, in Texas. It went 198,500+ miles before I sold it for higher than Blue Book. Am now driving a 2019 Denali 4WD, bought used last April, that I am VERY pleased with.
